5 Things

Day 5: 5 Things - Describe 5 guilty pleasures

5 guilty pleasures huh? This should be easy right? We'll see..
  1. Eating icing or PB out of the container. Unfortunately this is something I do more than I care to admit. It's also why I never buy icing or bake cupcakes.
  2. Sun-bathing. Sadly, I'm starting to already see the effects of my past 20 years of sun worship. 2 years ago I started using sun screen on my face. I figured it's the least (literally) I could do. I just love laying out in the sun.
  3. Wearing flip-flops ALL THE TIME. To most this isn't a guilty pleasure. For me, it's something I probably shouldn't do. My right foot is pronated, meaning there's no arch. The left is fine. Although this doesn't cause me any pain or trouble, wearing flip flops is probably the worst thing I could be doing.
  4. French fries. Sweet baby Jesus! I just can't say no to these delectable little fried potato morsels. And if they're covered in cheese and bacon with the special dip from Outback, well then I'm having a foodgasm. Fries are my go-to food whether I'm out for lunch or hitting a diner after a night at the bar. I was at a diner with a friend once and couldn't decide what I wanted. I wanted to eat healthy but I also wanted something comforting. The result? I ordered a side of fries and a side of steamed broccoli. My two faves. Success I say! She thought I was crazy.
  5. Checking in on Foursquare. I don't even have to explain this. I'm just going to go hang my head in shame.

  1. Congratulations on doing Reverb! I'd love to do it, but I can barely keep up with the blogosphere already. The PB out of the container...right there with ya', babeh.~

  2. Oh man, french fries are my weakness too. Especially since I don't have a gallbladder so I really shouldn't eat fried foods and sometimes I really can't digest them. But mmmmmmmmm french fries.

  3. I love me some icing. On a spoon or on a graham cracker if someone is watching.
