Bringing Sexy Back

Finally Little Friday, aka Thursday night, has arrived.

I was thinking about tomorrow and realized I had no post scheduled. I checked just to make sure and lo and behold, the queue was empty. If you want my honest opinion, I just don't feel like writing a post. I'm a bad blogger. Sue me.

The thing is, I'm so damn tired. I started doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution last Sunday. You may have seen this freak occurrence on Insta. 


I still don't have any idea what's come over me. I think I just finally got fed up with my clothes being more snug than I'd like them. And the craziest part? I'm loving it. Each DVD is only 30 minutes. And I am soaked with sweat halfway through. I've been waking up at 5:45 daily to bang this out, get my sweat on, and stay motivated.

In the interest of disclosure, these are my current measurements: 


Silver lining? My hips are a full inch smaller than I thought they were. Go me.

So that's where I'm at. Numbers have never been a big deal to me but these are track-able in a non obsessive way. And since I don't own a scale, this is how I'll monitor my progress, other than by clothing fit. 


Saturday is my rest day and I intend to be Queen of the Lazy. I'll have earned it, I've worked out everyday for the past two weeks, except for 2! In other news? Not a damn thing is going on so I guess that means I'll see all your faces on Monday.

  1. Well as I proved myself a while back, measurement numbers are much better than weight numbers anyway. Scales are fickle and weight can be anything, so it's best to take actual measurements. Good luck with it all!
