Sunday Sweats Vol. 4

This was the first week that my schedule was "messed up" and I had to alter my workouts. I think I did pretty well considering.

Sunday 5/24: Walk {1h 17m}
K and I were going to a BBQ in the afternoon so I knew I wasn't going to be doing much walking for the rest of the day. I went out in the morning and made sure to get my steps in. 

Monday 5/25: Gym 
Since we both had the day off, and I refused to miss a session, K and I went to the gym. I had him double check my form and I hit new PRs on both squats {95} and DLs {100}. More or less, I aim to hit a new PR 3 times a week. Ironically enough, when I was getting ready to do the 95 on squats, the theme song to Rocky came on. Talk about motivating! 

Tuesday 5/26: Walk & yoga 
I went for a walk in the morning and then just made sure I hit my 10k step goal for the day.

Wednesday 5/28: Gym
I stuck to my normal gym routine and hit a PR on both squats and DL - 105!

Thursday 5/29: Gym
I took today off and went for a 25 minute walk before work. I also went through Central Park during lunch. 

Friday 5/30: Walk
I knew I was going to be sitting on a bus for 3 hours that night so I made sure I got my butt to the gym. I also walked around midtown during lunch. Oh, and did I mention I ran for a full mile?!

Saturday 5/31: Walks
Mom and I went for a walk early in the morning. I always enjoy this when I'm home. Then we spent the day at the Seneca Lake Wine & Food Festival. 

Weekly steps: 88,341
