Friday Five

At the end of August I started drafting posts for September. I knew I was taking a break so I would be able to have drafts on drafts ready to go. However, it's been a long time since I've done a Friday Five, so here we are.

one / When I was home during Babycation there was a letter tacked to the calendar for me. Why I'm still getting mail at my parent's house 12 years after I moved out is beyond me. Especially since I've had 7 addresses since then... I digress. So apparently the City of Binghamton is really hurting for money. They're asking me to pay up on a "ticket" from 10 years ago.

First of all, if I recall correctly, this was the garage I parked in the first time I had Jury Duty. Which means I had a parking ticket... which was validated. Second, why is this being sent to them? What's to say my parent's hadn't moved somewhere else and the new occupant were to just throw this away? They're going to send me to collections over $5? Yes, let's see how well that works out.

two / I'm nailing the Fall Film Challenge. As of publishing this post I only have 4 more movies to watch until I'm finished. I'm a little nervous as to what Jenn has in store with the bonus movies but I'm confident I can handle them.

three / I went shopping last Sunday and bought lots of good stuff. I'm mainly excited about these awesome candles I picked up. $4 for the little and $8 for the big, and yes, they smell edible.

four / I stumbled across this love story while I was trolling the webz. These are the ones that make me heart swell with love and hope. I can only hope to be this fortunate.

five / This week I decided to put extra effort into my look each morning. Read: I actually put an outfit together, did my hair, or put on makeup. If you know me then you know this is a big deal. I'm the queen of bare minimum. My typical work uniform is messy hair {'cause I did it 2 days ago}, black pants, and some plain shirt. But look at these outfits I put together!

You guys, fall is HERE! Dive in, enjoy it, and have an awesome weekend!
