The Start of Something Great

I don't know about you but 2015 has been going by incredibly fast for me.  It seems like from April to now has been an absolute blur. I couldn't even begin to explain where the summer went. Even though part of me is mourning the loss of summer {we still have exactly 3 weeks left!}, I'm anxious for fall to get here. As Rose said a few weeks ago, I'm ready for boots and soup.

It's been a while since I've set some goals here so I figured it's fall, why not?

+ Yesterday was the start of the Fall Movie Challenge. I'm all set to get through all 25 of these movies. Between Netflix, OnDemand, Amazon Prime, and the library I think I've got all my ducks in a row. Bring on the popcorn!

+ I really enjoyed my 30 day experience with minimalism so I think it's time to give some of the tasks another go. Mainly, cleaning out my inbox. I get so many e-mails about sales and newsletters and I end up just deleting 90% of them.

+ My credit cards are about to be attacked with a vengeance. I've got some pretty big expenses coming up in the next 8 months and I know I'm going to need them. Plus, getting them paid down leaves me with more money to throw at those God-awful student loans.

Over the summer I decided I wanted to start a new scrapbook. I went to AC Moore and bought new supplies. Since then I've made one page. One. My plan for the month is to create at least 2 pages.

+ I've been reading every book I can get my hand on. So much so that I've been working through about 4 books at once. #junkie I'm hoping to finish up everything that was on my plate for the summer and start some new books this fall. Mainly, Wuthering Heights. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little intimidated. Jane Austen and I didn't get along so well.

That's a look at what I've got planned for the month. How about you?
